Bio Jennifer Scoullar
Jennifer Scoullar is a bestselling author of Australian rural fiction/romance, and lives with her family on a rural property in West Gippsland. Her house is on a hilltop, overlooking valleys of messmate and mountain ash. She grew up on the books of Elyne Mitchell, and all her life she’s ridden and bred horses, in particular Australian stock horses. Jennifer has five published novels. Wasp Season (2008 Sid Harta), Brumby’s Run (2012 Penguin), Currawong Creek (2013 Penguin) and Billabong Bend (2014 Penguin). Currawong Creek was a finalist in the 2014 RUBY (Romantic Elements) Award. Her latest novel Turtle Reef was published in April 2015. Jennifer has a contract with Penguin for a new novel, due out in the first half of 2016.
